1. Who you pay

Blockplan's paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, handles sales tax/VAT, issues your receipts, and processes any refund. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. What you're buying

  • Pro — US$3.99 a month, or US$39.99 a year.
  • Max — US$9.99 a month, or US$79.99 a year.

Checkout shows the final amount in your currency, including any tax, before you pay. A subscription starts as soon as payment goes through and renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. The Free plan costs nothing and never needs a card.

3. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks: Account → Manage billing on blockplan.build (or the link in any Paddle receipt).
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing you made is deleted — builds over the Free limits stay yours to open, export and remove.
  • If you'd like, cancel right after subscribing so it can't renew by surprise — you still keep the full period you paid for.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except in the cases below or where the law requires a refund. We will refund:

  • Billing mistakes — for example, being charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled.
  • A plan you couldn't use — if a technical fault on our side kept you from using what you paid for and we can't fix it.
  • Account closed by us — if we close your account for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of your prepaid period.
  • Statutory rights — any refund or withdrawal right your local consumer law gives you and that can't be waived. (For example, in the EU and UK you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase; for digital services that start immediately, that right can end once you've asked for the service to start and acknowledged it — the checkout tells you when this applies.)

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, processed by Paddle, usually within 14 days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — it's faster for everyone.

5. Changing plan

  • Pro → Max, or monthly → yearly: the change starts straight away and Paddle charges only the difference for the rest of your current period.
  • Max → Pro, or yearly → monthly: the change starts straight away and the unused difference is credited against your next payments.
  • If we ever raise a price, it only applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.

6. How to ask

Email blockplan.build@gmail.com with the email address on your account and your Paddle receipt or order number, or reply to the Paddle receipt email, or use paddle.net to find your order. We reply within a few business days.
